Facility Programmatics, Inc. (FPI) was founded in 1984 by Adora Ludy Woznick as a consulting practice specializing in facilities' management consulting. During 1993-2003, Ms. Ludy Woznick was Vice President, managing two major divisions, Customer Support and Professional Services, for Facility Information Systems, Inc. (FIS). She is an accomplished entrepreneur who has operated professional services practices for facilities management and planning totaling well in excess of 500 million square feet. Her executive management responsibility included the operation of the FIS Customer Technical Support and Field Services organizations.
As of September 2003 FPI was re-established in response to the growing demand for tools, procedures and techniques to deliver information systems solutions for corporate real estate and facility management operations. Facility Programmatics, Inc. integrated services help focused an organization by delivering immediate results in support of improving the long-term competitive position.
An accomplished entrepreneur with experience as program/project coordinator collaborating with virtual teams for business and organizational development programs, she arrived in Dubai in 2009, worked with the American Business Council. In 2011 through August of 2014 she worked for an International Baccalaureate School as Director of Development and Admissions. Launching Programmatic Adviser DMCC in January 2015, Adora Ludy Woznick moved to Munich, Germany as of October 2017 liquidated the company she founded in the UAE. Programmatic Adviser DMCC Company was a Registered and Licensed as a FREEZONE Company under the Rules & Regulations of DMCCA (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) in the United Arab Emirates.
